By downloading, installing, or using Only Fasting ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Only Fasting is a mobile application designed to help users track intermittent fasting, hydration, and related health habits. The App provides tools for:
- Tracking fasting periods
- Monitoring water intake
- Recording meals and nutrition with AI-powered analysis
- Guided meditation sessions
- Progress statistics and insights
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. This App involves fasting protocols that may pose health risks and is not suitable for children under 16.
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Only Fasting is NOT a medical device, is NOT FDA/CE approved, and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
- Consult a Doctor: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have diabetes, eating disorders, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition
- Not Medical Advice: Information in the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Seek Emergency Help: If you experience dizziness, fainting, extreme hunger, or any adverse health effects, stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention
- Individual Results: Fasting affects everyone differently. What works for others may not be suitable for you
- No Health Claims: We make no claims that fasting will cure, treat, or prevent any disease
BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE FROM FASTING OR USING THIS APP.
5. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Premium Features
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App.
6.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Share your account with others
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Only Fasting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Fasting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12. International Users
The App is operated from Turkey. If you access the App from outside Turkey, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey and other countries where our service providers are located.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.

Only Fasting'i ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
Only Fasting, kullanıcıların aralıklı oruç, su tüketimi ve ilgili sağlık alışkanlıklarını takip etmelerine yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmış bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama şunları için araçlar sağlar:
- Oruç dönemlerini takip etme
- Su tüketimini izleme
- AI destekli analiz ile yemek ve beslenme kaydı
- Rehberli meditasyon seansları
- İlerleme istatistikleri ve içgörüler
3. Yaş Gereksinimi
Bu Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş gereksinimini karşıladığınızı onaylıyorsunuz. Bu Uygulama sağlık riskleri taşıyabilecek oruç protokolleri içermekte olup 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklara uygun değildir.
4. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
ÖNEMLİ - LÜTFEN DİKKATLE OKUYUN:
Only Fasting bir tıbbi cihaz DEĞİLDİR, FDA/CE onaylı DEĞİLDİR ve tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi SAĞLAMAZ. Uygulama yalnızca genel sağlık ve bilgilendirme amaçları içindir.
- Doktora Danışın: Herhangi bir oruç rejimine başlamadan önce, özellikle diyabet, yeme bozuklukları, hamilelik, emzirme veya herhangi bir tıbbi durumunuz varsa, her zaman nitelikli bir sağlık uzmanıyla görüşün
- Tıbbi Tavsiye Değildir: Uygulamadaki bilgiler profesyonel tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavinin yerine geçmez
- Acil Yardım İsteyin: Baş dönmesi, bayılma, aşırı açlık veya herhangi bir olumsuz sağlık etkisi yaşarsanız, derhal orucu bırakın ve tıbbi yardım isteyin
- Bireysel Sonuçlar: Oruç herkesi farklı etkiler. Başkaları için işe yarayan sizin için uygun olmayabilir
- Sağlık İddiaları Yok: Orucun herhangi bir hastalığa tedavi, iyileştirme veya önleme sağlayacağına dair hiçbir iddiada bulunmuyoruz
BU UYGULAMAYI KULLANARAK, UYGULAMAYI KENDİ RİSKİNİZE KULLANDIĞINIZI VE ORUÇ TUTMAKTAN VEYA BU UYGULAMAYI KULLANMAKTAN KAYNAKLANABİLECEK HERHANGİ BİR SAĞLIK SORUNDAN SORUMLU OLMADIĞIMIZI KABUL EDERSİNİZ.
5. Hesap Kaydı
Belirli özelliklere erişmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Aşağıdakileri kabul edersiniz:
- Doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamak
- Giriş bilgilerinizi güvenli tutmak
- Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımını bize bildirmek
- Hesabınızdaki tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak
6. Abonelik ve Ödemeler
6.1 Premium Özellikler
Belirli özellikler ücretli abonelik gerektirir. Abonelik seçenekleri ve fiyatlandırma Uygulamada gösterilir.
6.2 Faturalandırma
- Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden faturalandırılır
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında tahsil edilir
- Mevcut döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir
6.3 İptal
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalandırma döneminin sonunda yürürlüğe girer.
6.4 İadeler
İade talepleri ilgili uygulama mağazaları tarafından kendi politikalarına göre ele alınır.
7. Kullanıcı Davranışı
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasadışı amaçla kullanmak
- Sistemlerimize yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
- Uygulamanın çalışmasını engellemek veya bozmak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik veya decompile etmek
- Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşmak
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tüm içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevleri Only Fasting'e aittir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.
9. Gizlilik
Uygulamayı kullanımınız ayrıca bu Koşullara referansla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamız tarafından yönetilir.
10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Only Fasting, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
11. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın hatasız, güvenli veya her zaman kullanılabilir olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
12. Uluslararası Kullanıcılar
Uygulama Türkiye'den işletilmektedir. Uygulamaya Türkiye dışından erişirseniz, bunu kendi riskinizle yaptığınızı ve yerel yasalara uyumdan sorumlu olduğunuzu kabul edersiniz. Verileriniz Türkiye ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın bulunduğu diğer ülkelere aktarılabilir ve buralarda işlenebilir.
13. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulların kabulünü oluşturur.
14. Fesih
Bu Koşulların ihlali nedeniyle veya kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak herhangi bir nedenle hesabınızı istediğimiz zaman feshedebilir veya askıya alabiliriz.
15. Yürürlükteki Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, kanun ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye yasalarına tabidir. AB'de ikamet edenler için bu, yerel yasanız kapsamındaki yasal tüketici haklarınızı etkilemez.
