By downloading, installing, or using Only Fasting ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Only Fasting is a mobile application designed to help users track intermittent fasting, hydration, and related health habits. The App provides tools for:
- Tracking fasting periods
- Monitoring water intake
- Recording meals and nutrition
- Guided meditation sessions
- Progress statistics and insights
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Only Fasting is NOT a medical device, is NOT FDA/CE approved, and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
- Consult a Doctor: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have diabetes, eating disorders, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition
- Not Medical Advice: Information in the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Seek Emergency Help: If you experience dizziness, fainting, extreme hunger, or any adverse health effects, stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention
- Individual Results: Fasting affects everyone differently. What works for others may not be suitable for you
- No Health Claims: We make no claims that fasting will cure, treat, or prevent any disease
BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE FROM FASTING OR USING THIS APP.
5. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Premium Features
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App.
6.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Share your account with others
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Only Fasting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Fasting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12. International Users
The App is operated from Turkey. If you access the App from outside Turkey, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey and other countries where our service providers are located.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.

1. Kosullarin Kabulü
Only Fasting'i ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanim Kosullarina bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Bu kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, lutfen Uygulamayi kullanmayin.
2. Hizmet Tanimi
Only Fasting, kullanicilarin aralikli oruc, su tuketimi ve ilgili saglik aliskanliklarini takip etmelerine yardimci olmak icin tasarlanmis bir mobil uygulamadir. Uygulama sunlari icin araclar saglar:
- Oruc donemlerini takip etme
- Su tuketimini izleme
- Yemek ve beslenme kaydi
- Rehberli meditasyon seanslari
- Ilerleme istatistikleri ve icgorüler
3. Yas Gereksinimi
Bu Uygulamayi kullanmak icin en az 16 yasinda olmalisiniz. Uygulamayi kullanarak bu yas gereksinimini karsiladiginizi onayliyorsunuz. 18 yasindan kucukseniz, bu Kosullari bir ebeveyn veya vasi ile incelemelisiniz.
4. Tibbi Sorumluluk Reddi
ONEMLI - LUTFEN DIKKATLE OKUYUN:
Only Fasting bir tibbi cihaz DEGILDIR, FDA/CE onayLI DEGILDIR ve tibbi tavsiye, teshis veya tedavi SAGLAMAZ. Uygulama yalnizca genel saglik ve bilgilendirme amaclari icindir.
- Doktora Danisin: Herhangi bir oruc rejimine baslamadan once, ozellikle diyabet, yeme bozukluklari, hamilelik, emzirme veya herhangi bir tibbi durumunuz varsa, her zaman nitelikli bir saglik uzmaniyla gorusun
- Tibbi Tavsiye Degildir: Uygulamadaki bilgiler profesyonel tibbi tavsiye, teshis veya tedavinin yerine gecmez
- Acil Yardim Isteyin: Bas donmesi, bayilma, asiri aclik veya herhangi bir olumsuz saglik etkisi yasarsaniz, derhal orucu birakin ve tibbi yardim isteyin
- Bireysel Sonuclar: Oruc herkesi farkli etkiler. Baskalari icin ise yarayan sizin icin uygun olmayabilir
- Saglik Iddialari Yok: Orucun herhangi bir hastaliga tedavi, iyilestirme veya onleme saglayacagina dair hicbir iddiada bulunmuyoruz
BU UYGULAMAYI KULLANARAK, UYGULAMAYI KENDI RISKINIZE KULLANDIGINIZI VE ORUC TUTMAKTAN VEYA BU UYGULAMAYI KULLANMAKTAN KAYNAKLANABILECEK HERHANGI BIR SAGLIK SORUNUNDAN SORUMLU OLMADIGIMIZI KABUL EDERSINIZ.
5. Hesap Kaydi
Belirli ozelliklere erismek icin bir hesap olusturmaniz gerekebilir. Asagidakileri kabul edersiniz:
- Dogru ve eksiksiz bilgi saglamak
- Giris bilgilerinizi guvenli tutmak
- Hesabinizin yetkisiz kullanimini bize bildirmek
- Hesabinizdaki tum faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak
6. Abonelik ve Odemeler
6.1 Premium Ozellikler
Belirli ozellikler ucretli abonelik gerektirir. Abonelik secenekleri ve fiyatlandirma Uygulamada gosterilir.
6.2 Faturalandirma
- Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store uzerinden faturalandirilir
- Odeme, satin alma onayinda tahsil edilir
- Mevcut doneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat once iptal edilmedigi surece abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir
6.3 Iptal
Aboneliginizi istediginiz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlariniz uzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. Iptal, mevcut faturalandirma doneminin sonunda yururluge girer.
6.4 Iadeler
Iade talepleri ilgili uygulama magazalari tarafindan kendi politikalarina gore ele alinir.
7. Kullanici Davranisi
Asagidakileri yapmamayi kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayi herhangi bir yasadisi amacla kullanmak
- Sistemlerimize yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak
- Uygulamanin calismasini engellemek veya bozmak
- Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik veya decompile etmek
- Hesabinizi baskalariyla paylasmak
8. Fikri Mulkiyet
Uygulamanin tum icerigi, ozellikleri ve islevleri Only Fasting'e aittir ve telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalari tarafindan korunmaktadir.
9. Gizlilik
Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica bu Kosullara referansla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilir.
10. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi
Yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, Only Fasting, Uygulamayi kullaniminizdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonuc olarak ortaya cikan veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktir.
11. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksizin "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir. Uygulamanin hatasiz, guvenli veya her zaman kullanilabilir olacagini garanti etmiyoruz.
12. Uluslararasi Kullanicilar
Uygulama Turkiye'den isletilmektedir. Uygulamaya Turkiye disindan erisirseniz, bunu kendi riskinizle yaptiginizi ve yerel yasalara uyumdan sorumlu oldugunuzu kabul edersiniz. Verileriniz Turkiye ve hizmet saglayicilarimizin bulundugu diger ulkelere aktarilabilir ve buralarda islenebilir.
13. Kosullardaki Degisiklikler
Bu Kosullari istedigimiz zaman degistirme hakkini sakli tutuyoruz. Degisikliklerden sonra Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Kosullarin kabulunu olusturur.
14. Fesih
Bu Kosullarin ihlali nedeniyle veya kendi takdirimize bagli olarak herhangi bir nedenle hesabinizi istedigimiz zaman feshedebilir veya askiya alabiliriz.
15. Yururlukteki Hukuk
Bu Kosullar, kanun ihtilafi ilkelerine bakilmaksizin Turkiye yasalarina tabidir. AB'de ikamet edenler icin bu, yerel yasaniz kapsamindaki yasal tuketici haklarinizi etkilemez.
