1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Only Fasting ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Only Fasting is a mobile application designed to help users track intermittent fasting, hydration, and related health habits. The App provides tools for:
- Tracking fasting periods
- Monitoring water intake
- Recording meals and nutrition with AI-powered analysis
- Guided meditation sessions
- Progress statistics and insights
- Optional guided, equipment-free physical-activity sessions
- Optional Apple Health / Health Connect integration to display supported activity, body, sleep, resting heart-rate, and net-calorie insights, plus a separately controlled export of logged meals, water, and manual weight
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Only Fasting is NOT a medical device, is NOT FDA/CE approved, and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
- Consult a Doctor: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have diabetes, eating disorders, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition
- Not Medical Advice: Information in the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Seek Emergency Help: If you experience dizziness, fainting, extreme hunger, or any adverse health effects, stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention
- Individual Results: Fasting affects everyone differently. What works for others may not be suitable for you
- No Health Claims: We make no claims that fasting will cure, treat, or prevent any disease
- Estimates Only: Calorie, nutrition, and activity figures shown in the App — including AI analysis results and data read from Apple Health or Health Connect — are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical decisions such as medication or insulin dosing
BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE FROM FASTING OR USING THIS APP.
3.1 Physical Activity
The Movement feature provides general fitness content. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not determine whether physical activity is appropriate for you.
Physical activity has inherent risks, including falls, strains, pain, and other injuries. You decide whether to take part. By starting a Movement session, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Consult a physician before starting, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a medical condition, take medication, or have an injury. Do not start a session against a restriction given by your physician.
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, confusion, shaking, cold sweats, or otherwise feel unwell. Seek appropriate professional help. Contact emergency services if the situation is urgent.
Movement sessions are available only to users aged 13 or older. The parental or legal-guardian consent rule in Section 4 also applies.
This acknowledgement of physical-activity risk is read together with the limitation of liability in Section 9. It does not waive any mandatory consumer right or change any liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
3.2 Momo Coach (AI Chat)
Momo Coach is an optional AI chat feature for Premium users aged 18 or older, where available. Its answers are generated automatically by an AI model from your messages and your own app records. They are general wellness information, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not base medical decisions on them; the Medical Disclaimer above applies in full.
Momo Coach is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are thinking about harming yourself, have signs of an eating disorder, or feel acutely unwell, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Momo Coach has daily and 30-day usage limits shown in the app. You agree not to try to bypass these limits or the safety checks, not to use Momo Coach to obtain harmful content, and not to enter other people's personal data. We may decline individual requests and limit or suspend Momo Coach access in case of misuse.
Momo Coach conversations are stored and retained as described in Section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy, including for security, preventing misuse, and legal claims.
4. Account Registration
Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of digital consent in your country (16 in some EU/EEA member states), you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Fasting and calorie restriction can be harmful to children and adolescents who are still growing — see the Medical Disclaimer above.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Premium Features
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the subscription you selected
- Subscription length, price and the features included are shown on the purchase screen in the App before you confirm, and may vary by country and over time
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase
5.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Share your account with others
Community features (challenges, posts, comments, nicknames) are additionally governed by our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Only Fasting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Fasting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
11. International Users
The App is operated from Türkiye. If you access the App from outside Türkiye, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Türkiye and other countries where our service providers are located.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.
